Our beautiful wood bowls are sourced from Spanish oak and in some cases, mango tree and Our hopes are that each time one is purchased, it is brought back to life in various uses. This could be in the form of a deco bowl for a dinning room table, or a key bowl at your front entry way, or maybe even a small fruit bowl on the kitchen counter….but if you’re hope to bring it back to life as a candle, we have a great refill program just for that. Select wood, ceramic or metal bowls can be refilled at a lower cost (almost up to 50% off the original purchase price).

Our refill program is easy to use. Simply;

1. Have purchased an eligible wooden, ceramic or metal vessel candle from our website (unfortunately we cannot refill vessels from other vendors or brands as we do not know the source and quality of the vessel).
2. Enjoy your candle.
3. Once finished, simply return your finished candle (in eligible wooden, ceramic or metal bowl) to us. This can be done in various ways. If you had purchased online and the original candle was shipped to you, we will provide you with a return label - so you can easily return to us via the postage service. This is at no cost to you to return with a pre-paid label, we pick up the bill.
4. Or, you can return your finished candle to us directly at an upcoming event or in person at our pop up boutique shop Located at 27741 Crown Valley Parkway, Mission Viejo, Ca 92691 (inside the Union Market).
5. Next, purchase a refill on our website or in person By choosing the refill option that corresponds with your original purchase and vessel. Choose a scent of your choice from any of our current, active scents listed on the website. If you do not see your favorite scent on our website, please contact us prior to ensure we have the oils needed to make your scent choice.
6. We will then clean out your vessel of any unused wax and begin constructing your refill. Please note that this process takes 3-5 days depending on the number of outstanding orders ahead of yours.
7. We will then contact you via your email or SMS text to let you know your order is complete and available to pick up. If you chose and paid for shipping, we will ship your new refilled bowl back to you and provide you with a pre-paid label for next time’s return.
