What is a candle pouring experience?

At our “we come to you” candle pouring experience, we bring the creativity of candle making to you and your guests in the comfort of your chosen venue. Whether you’re planning a girls’ night out, celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or simply indulging in a “just because” treat to yourself, this workshop is designed to spark your imagination and create lasting memories.
We work with you via email or direct phone calls to create your experience, from simplistic to customized to fit your theme. The experience begins with exploring an array of luxurious fragrance oils. You’ll have the opportunity to smell, sample, and blend different scents, crafting a fragrance that is completely your own. From fresh and floral to warm and spicy, the possibilities are endless. Once you’ve perfected your custom scent, you’ll move on to the hands-on part of the workshop — pouring your very own candle. Our team will guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a beautiful, hand-poured candle that is as unique as the memories you made creating it. It’s the perfect way to spend meaningful time with friends, celebrate special moments, or simply treat yourself to a little creative joy. We can’t wait to pour with you!
What is included?
Our candle pouring experience includes everything you need for a fun and memorable time! Each reservation comes with:
- One 10.5 oz custom candle that you’ll blend, pour, and create yourself
- A guided host to walk you through each step of the candle making process
- All candle making materials included, such as wax, fragrance oils, wicks, vessels, and tools
- Safety gear available upon request to ensure a comfortable and safe experience
We provide all the essentials — just bring your creativity and get ready for a great time!

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Off-site ("We come to you") Candle Making or Perfume Making experiences are unique in the planning and execution. Guests with a paid reservation may cancel for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to their scheduled candle pouring experience. If a member of your party becomes sick or is unable to attend, we are happy to reschedule their experience for another day to be held in store as we cannot do an off site event for single members.
We cannot cancel, return or refund any paid reservations less than 7 days from the scheduled event. This is due to our planning, staffing and execution for your event. If for any unforeseen reason your event is cancelled such as reasons outside of your control; weather, road closures, event location being overbooked, etc - we can offer a reschedule of your entire group for another day/location or offer store credit.
In the event, your reservation needs to be canceled, and is less than 7 days prior to your scheduled date AND you had custom logos, transfers or satin bags made, we cannot refund the cost of these custom items. They are your property as they were custom made and will not be included in refunds or store credit and will instead be given to you, the client.

Is there an age limit? And what should I wear?
Age Limit: Participants must be 6 years and older, with adult supervision required for minors.
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended. Please wear comfortable clothing that you wouldn't mind getting a little wax or oil on, and take necessary precautions to protect your attire. You will be handling fragrance oils and hot melted wax at points throughout the candle pouring experience.
