Although this rarely occurs, we will occasionally cancel an order based on numerous factors of “suspicion of fraud”. Our payment system has numerous metrics in place to protect all of our customers and if flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. At this time, we choose to only use pre-waxed cotton wicks in our candles versus offering wooden wick candles as well. This is a perosnal choice that we made based on wick testing. This is not to say that when we find the right wooden wick that meets our high standards, we might start incorporating them….stay tuned!

We list any chemicals that appear on the California Prop 65 list - within the candle or product’s description as well as whether or not the ingredient is naturally derived. Please note that despite ingredients being naturally derived, we are required as a California based business to provide this information to the public as “your right to know” even though naturally occuring ingredients pose little to no harm.
